i’m scared i won’t make friends. i’m going to be a freshman next year. i have a friend who already goes to the school, and she’s been really honest with me about how nice people generally are and the cliques and everything. she told me that unless you’re very trendy, sarcastic, etc. that you don’t make many friends, and that almost everybody in the school fits that description because they want to fit in. i don’t dress anything like the people that go to the school, and i don’t feel like i have the same sense of humor. i’m one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet, but no one really cares. i’m so nervous that i won’t make any friends. i try to make friends, and i’m outgoing, but people just never want to get to know me any further. i’m really open-minded to be friends with people in ANY clique but it doesn’t sound like they’ll feel the same way. i don’t want to be friendless in high school, but i don’t want to sacrifice being myself, because i’m so happy with the person i am now. what do i do?

What’s it like when you’ve been with the same people since like preschool for example but then you go to a new school and hardly know anyone or no one at all?
I want to go to a different school because i hardly have any friends. Like i only have 2 or 3. And i know some kids have none but idk. Usually im alone or scared that if one friend dosent come to school i will be alone. And none of the other ppl seem to want to talk to me. I need a fresh start and even my boyfriend goes to the school i want to go to. I always spend my weekends alone and this summer i havent hung out with anyone. Not even in the past 5 or six summers so is starting a new school a good thing or bad thing? Give me your stories of the worst/bad times you’ve had or seen someone else new experience.

Im 14,and mom just turned 39, but she is still stuck at the party scene. I was an accident and so are my other siblings, and occasionally she drank while she was prego with us. To me, she is like a friend i don’t like, but has to feed us until we are 18. Sometimes i think she might be jealous of us, for some reason. If we want something or want to go somewhere, we have to it ourselves. My second older sister is 16 and she is the one that cooks for us,she is actually kind of like a mom to my mom except we cant go one day without fighting. She doesn’t like talking to us even though she says she does, and she likes her boyfriends and friends more than us, and she is constantly on the phone.And she knows her “boyfriend” is a player but she says she is “in love”. I don’t like any of her boyfriends.She just got a DUI so now she cant drive. She had my oldest sister at 20 so she never really got to party. But i feel that she has been acting this way her whole life. And Ive never seen my dad but have talked to him online occasionally, but i found out that my oldest sister and both my parents act the same way, they always think about themselves. And she recently started law school, so she wont have time for us because she will be studying and doing school. I don’t know how to tell my mom that she spends to much money on stuff that we don’t need and i cant deal with her complaining about how we never do anything when we are stuck at home doing housework all of the time, i just want her to listen and care.She is the type of person that has an excuse for everything, so im wondering how to deal with this. DX

i have done Level 2 CACHE in Teaching assistant.
I have a BTEC in IT.
I’m in my late 20′s.
I have researched for ages and am soooo confused!
There are A LOT of options i’m sure but what would be the best way forward for me.
(I don’t have a clue what to do a degree in – Do i need to do any degree or can i just do a specific one? Do i HAVE to have a degree)
I want to teach Primary School Over 7 year olds.
Also info on what to do to become a secondary teacher would be great too.

Well im going out eith this boy i love him so much ^.^ anwaysss weve been going out everyday in the 2week vacation now were back at school he’s ignoring me -.- when i asked him why he said ‘ it was too awkward’ so i said ‘how’ and he said ‘ i dont no.. sorry’ so i just left it. its really annoying me outside of school hes like the perfect boyfriend but when hes with his friends hes such a different person:/
can you please give me tips to make him come over and see me? like what i should do my hair/makeup like? clothes? How do i make my self irristable? should i make him jelous by hugging other hot guys?

alright so me and my Gf have been dating for 3 years. I know she’s my soulmate and she’s the only one that i want to be with for the rest of my life but long story short she broke up with me because i acted cold towards her and i acted like i didn’t care most of the time. She’s gorgeous, we have a million insiders, her and my mom are like bestfriends. I guess it’s true when they say you don’t realize what you have until it’s gone because i took her for granted.
She parks her car at a train station to go to school and here’s my plan. When she comes off the train to come back home she’ll see balloons tied to her car (lightly so she can get them off of course). with a note attached under the windshield wipers (i’ll tape it or something i’ll figure it out). When she goes to her house (we don’t live together yet) she’ll go to her room and see a dozen roses and a teddy bear with a DVD. I’ve spent the whole day putting our pictures together on video with music in the background and with me basically telling her how i feel throughout the entire video with words written on each picture. At the end of the video it says now open the back of your bear i left you a present (the zipper part). she’ll open it and find a long note on how i feel about her along with her favorite candy. If there’s anything else i could do PLEASE let me know.
