well there is this girl (lets just say her name is sally) who i go to school with and in fifth grade she was new and so i decided to be nice and become friends with her and then she thought that i was her best friend automatically and during 6th and 7th grade she was clingy but we are in 8th grade now and she is just flat out annoying she takes everything funny I say and constantly repeats it and this year i become really close friends with someone I use to hate and we are inseparable( lets say her name is polly) and i love her so much and now sally is jealous and keeps trying to become best friends with polly and i don’t have a problem with them being friends its just every time i try to have a conversation with polly, sally always cuts in and thinks its her business too when its not and its gotten to the point where if i give polly a hug sally gives polly a hug then looks at me with this face like shes better than me and i don’t mind us all being good friends but sally always has to try to make me jealous and its really annoying so how can i tell sally in a non rude way that this is bothering me because she is really sensitive and if you make her mad in anyway she gets really violent

I’m a 13 year old boy and was wondering if it would be normal to shower naked at public showers because I thought that the only guy who did that were in High school+ did that. If I shower naked there will I stand out because I’m the only kid?

Last night when we stopped texting at midnight, she told me “sleep well be careful driving back to school tomorrow and good night!!”
Well my status was about coming close to hitting some deer on my drive back.
She texted me during our convo: “I saw your status told you to be careful you crazy driver haha”

I would like to find pen pals for my students. I would also like to maybe have them adpot a family or a child. I can’t go through a religous based org due to it being a public school. I would like to find some friends in other countries for them to connect with. Does anyone know of anywhere I can contact to maybe get the ball rolling? Thank You for all your help in advance.

so when I was in middle school, I used to wear Hollister, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Aeropostale all the time. as I got older, I stopped wearing their stuff because I wanted to figure out my own style. the other day I was shopping online, found this really cute dress, and wanted to buy it, but then saw it was from A&F. I instantly thought “oh I can’t buy it because it’s from A&F and it’s a name brand and everyone will think I’m trying to be preppy…” but then I was like…”you know what? screw it. I think it’s cute, I’m gonna get it.”
I actually think A&F has nice, classic clothing. I wouldn’t get the graphic tees with the obnoxious lettering on the chest, but for the most part, they’re clothes are quite nice. what’s so horrible about name brands? if you’re not trying to get the clothes just because of the logo, then shouldn’t you just get what you think is cute and not worry about it?

I went to the dance with my close friend on Friday. We go to different schools so we don’t hang out very often, but we have known each other since the 3rd grade. I think I’ve only seen him 3 times this school year. We had an awesome time, but during a slow song, I had to tell him that it was okay for him to hold me closer (his hands were on my hips at first). In order to keep talking during the slow dance, we kept leaning in to talk into each other’s ear and touching each other on the cheek. Do I tell him I liked this sensation? Then at the after party, he and I were sitting on the floor together and every so often I would scoot in closer, lean my head on his shoulder, or pat his back (because he was obviously tired). How do I tell it was bothering him/ intriguing him?

For starters, I’m a jr in high school and this girl is a senior. I am in a senior class with this girl and it started as me not knowing anyone in the class. I sat alone in the back of the room. She sat with 3 other girls.
One day she asked me why I sat alone. I told her how it was because I didn’t know anyone that much. She commanded that I join a table with someone even if I didn’t know them. I kindly refused and said that I like being where I am. The next day she moved to my table. She sat adjacent from me at the square table. She claimed that from where she sat at the table she couldn’t see the board. So, she moved to the corner next to me.
We started talking, laughing, playing online video games together, she always will make a sexual joke if I say something that sounds dirty, and she even shared some personal life with me. For instance on the sexual joke thing. She mentioned cake for some reason and I made a video game reference “The cake is a lie!” and some how I got to singing the song sense she got the reference. As I was singing it I got to the point in the lyrics where it said “Anyway, this cake is great.
It’s so delicious and moist.” She cracked up saying “That’s what he said”. It was funny, but she was on a sex joke rampage that day. So the issue and question of mine started pertaining right around here for the past month. she will about ones or twice a week make a comment about my looks in a casual stern but not angry voice with a slight smile. Then look away for a moment. Its always a remark about my face. All I can think of when she says such a comment is the girl from the old cartoon series “Hey Arnold”. Where the girl “Alga” I believe made fun of Arnold for his football shaped head, yet it would pan to her around the corner or hidden from arnold, admiring him.
If this girl truly doesn’t like me she would have moved right? I mean she did move away from her girl friends table to sit with me. I not only find this confusing, but its hard to tell if she likes me when she has this negative outlook on guys. (her father made her this way I found out through listening to her personal convo’s with me, even though did make that conclusion myself sense shes not a huge dater.) ~Any knowledge, or opinions would be helpful. 1. Get rid of the Department of Education and let the states control their education systems
2. Encourage the states to assign their school money to the child instead of the school and let the parents decide where to send their child whether it be public, private or parochial
3. Encourage the states to set up two types of high schools:
a. One that prepares the students for college – The student’s grades and test scores have to be at a certain level to get into this high school
b. One that prepares the students to be able to go out into the working world when they graduate from high school – At this high school the students get a chance to learn a trade and they work part time at learning that trade.
Those in the second high school could still get into to the major universities but they would have to go through the junior colleges and community colleges to get there

So I have this Physical science homework that our teacher didn’t explain how to do very well and I am still lost. So I have to write the balanced Equations for these formulas. Please help me by telling me the answer and explain how to do it, so I am still not confused! Thank you so much!

I’m just about the youngest freshman in my homeroom (as I know of). I was born on July 15, 1997 (look the date up and you will find something interesting), which means I am 14, pretty young for my class. I could of went to school a year later and still have time to play, but I was egger to go to school (mainly because I wanted to ride the bus). Of course there were several down sides to this, like the fact that all of you’re class mates are older and smarter than you (although that one sort of went away after middle school), but then I found benefits as well. If I was still in 8th grade, I would have to wait another year at my stupid *** middle school (and even so I would be able to go to my new school anyway because they now except 7-8th), and I wouldn’t have the chance to meet all the people I had met. I guess I would also be a little smarter.
Of course I’m at the minimal age for my grade, but this kid just breaks the rule. This kid named…well I forgot, but anyhow he’s in 6th grade despite the fact that he’s 9 (doesn’t even turn ten during the school year), as short as a kindergardener, any talks and acts like one, and he can be very annoying sometimes. Plus, even though he was in the high math class, he isn’t really that smart. Also, a kid that was left behind in 8th is (apparently) still 13.
Plus, since that my age is 14, and most of my friends are 15, they can all get jobs before me, get there driving permits and licenses before me, and even be able to go to clubs before me. I sort of hate it, but I have to live with it for the rest of my life. Why ages! Who the hell came up with this system!
