I go to a small high school and most of the guys and girls have already got dates. I went to public school for 6 years then switched to private for middle school. I’m a freshman, and i don’t know know that many private school guys accept for the ones that went to my middle school. but they all have dates. Just wondering what to do? please dont say go with friends, because they all have dates. Also I’m just wondering if im just not pretty because im shy around some guys.

Go alone, but pull out all the stops to turn heads. Make the boys wish they had asked you instead. Next time, I guarantee you will have a date.
I just looked at your picture, and I think you’ve got the face to definitely pull it off. You have beautiful blue eyes, but I would say not to wear a blue dress (I’ve never seen one I liked though, so I’m biased). Go with silver or gray, and accent with some gorgeous blue earrings or some sort of blue barrette in your hair.
If you’re allowed, wear a very red lipstick. It’ll really bring out a fresh face and accent those lips.
Something that helps me to feel uber confident, is to watch a very confident woman. For example, Joan from Mad Men, is so unbelievably confident that I’m just in awe at her. When I need to, I channel a little bit of Joan and feel really sexy.

no, you are pretty. its probably just because school just started and you’re new to the school and a lot of people just dont know all the freshman. give it some time…when is homecoming? hmmm, do you have guy friends? if you do, and they’re not going with anyone, go with one of them just as friends! it will be fun going with a friend.
